S7 Jewelry ships with the United States Postal Service USPS as our Primaryshipping service. (UPS and FEDEX services may also be used at our discretion)

Continental United States Orders

    • Free shipping to all locations inside the Continental U.S.
    • Please allow 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping (based on shipto location).
    • Note there are 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS of processing for most orders (based on product availability).

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories Orders

    • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
    • We offer $12.99 flat rate shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
    • Note there are 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS of processing for most orders (based on product availability).

International Orders

    • All international orders ship as a whole order without partial shipments, fulfillment time may vary.
    • Please note, deliveries abroad can average between 1 to 5 weeks due to air and customs regulations and processing.
    • Note there are 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS of processing for most orders (based on product availability).
    • You are fully responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws imposed on any of your s7jewelry.com orders imported to your country.
    • Shipping on international orders are a $25.00 flat rate.

QUALITY | AVAILABILITY

To ensure that you have a wonderful shopping experience, all items are quality checked prior to shipping. 

Availability

Due to the high demand of some products, we attempt to update our In Stock andOut of Stock status daily. Despite our efforts there may be the case where a purchased item becomes out of stock. In such case you will receive a notification and your item will be processed as soon as available.  A Store Credit will be offered in the event the item becomes unavailable indefinitely.

RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REFUNDS

  • RETURNS are Not Accepted due to sanitary reasons.
  • EXCHANGES are only processed where the following are All True:
    • the item(s) original branding and pricing are not altered or removed
    • the item(s) are unused and unworn
    • the item(s) are defective or damaged
    • the Exchange is requested within 24 hours of posted delivery time
  • REFUNDS are only issued as a Store Credit where the following are All True:
    • the Exchange of Item(s) was 
    • the Replacement of a item undelivered at the fault of our shipping agents
    • the Store Credit fails to satisfy the Customer

NOTE: The Customer is responsible for Reshipping items Returned to S7 Jewelry due to incorrect Shipto Address.
S7 Jewelry is not responsible for items with tracking posted by USPS, UPS or FEDEX as "Delivered".
